Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

The agreement that governs use of Liftrr.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern use of Liftrr, a revenue and retention dashboard for membership businesses.

Liftrr connects to systems a business already uses, maps data into a reporting warehouse, and provides dashboards, insights, and action recommendations.

Liftrr does not run the business. It lets the business run.

2. What Liftrr is not

Liftrr is not:

  • a CRM
  • a booking system
  • a payment platform for tenant customer payments
  • a marketing automation tool
  • an all-in-one gym or business management system

Source platforms remain the systems of record.

3. Accounts and access

Customers are responsible for:

  • maintaining accurate account information
  • controlling user access
  • ensuring users have authority to access business data
  • keeping credentials secure

Liftrr may provide role-based access controls, including tenant owners, network admins, location managers, viewers, and SaaS admins.

4. Data connections

Customers may connect third-party platforms such as Mindbody, Glofox, GymMaster, Momence, Hapana, Clubworx, Stripe, CSV imports, or other systems.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to connect those systems and share the data with Liftrr.

Liftrr is not responsible for errors, outages, limits, permission restrictions, or data changes caused by third-party platforms.

5. Reporting and insights

Liftrr provides dashboards, metrics, estimates, insights, and recommended actions.

Liftrr does not guarantee that any action will produce a specific financial outcome.

ROI, recovered revenue, revenue at risk, and similar values may be estimates unless explicitly marked as reconciled or confirmed.

6. Billing

Liftrr subscription billing is handled through Stripe.

Plans may include monthly fees, annual upfront fees, setup fees, add-ons, location limits, integration limits, user limits, and API usage limits.

If payment fails, Liftrr may restrict or suspend access after a grace period.

7. API usage and sync limits

Plans may include API call or sync limits.

Liftrr may warn, throttle, pause syncs, require upgrade, or require add-on purchase if usage exceeds plan limits.

8. Customer data

Customers retain ownership of their business data.

Liftrr may process customer data to provide the service, including dashboards, metrics, action recommendations, support, billing, and product improvement.

9. Acceptable use

Customers must not use Liftrr to:

  • violate law
  • access data they are not entitled to access
  • upload malicious code
  • abuse API usage
  • attempt to bypass tenant isolation or security controls
  • misuse personal data

10. Service changes

Liftrr may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time.

Liftrr will aim to avoid materially reducing paid plan functionality without notice.

11. Limitations

Liftrr relies on third-party systems and customer-provided data.

Liftrr is not liable for inaccurate source data, platform outages, integration changes, or decisions made from incomplete data.

12. Termination

Customers may cancel according to their plan terms.

After cancellation, Liftrr may move the tenant to read-only or suspended status and then follow the data retention/deletion policy.

13. Governing law

To be confirmed before launch.

14. Contact

Support contact to be configured before launch.
