How Liftrr collects, uses, and protects information.

1. Overview

Liftrr helps membership businesses understand revenue, retention, conversion, payments, locations, and actions.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Liftrr may collect, how it may be used, and how it may be protected.

2. Information we collect

Liftrr may collect:

  • account information such as name, email, role, and business name
  • business information such as locations, plans, products, services, memberships, payments, attendance, leads, and actions
  • integration data from connected platforms
  • billing information through Stripe
  • usage and sync logs
  • support communications
  • public health check submissions

3. Information from connected platforms

Customers may connect source platforms such as Mindbody, Glofox, GymMaster, Momence, Hapana, Clubworx, Stripe, or CSV imports.

Liftrr may process imported or synced data to provide dashboards, metrics, insights, snapshots, action lists, ROI estimates, and sync monitoring.

4. How we use information

Liftrr may use information to:

  • provide the dashboard and analytics service
  • calculate metrics and business health scores
  • identify revenue leaks and action recommendations
  • maintain historical snapshots and trend reporting
  • monitor sync status and API usage
  • manage billing and subscriptions
  • provide customer support
  • improve the product
  • comply with legal obligations

5. Data sharing

Liftrr may share information with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, database, authentication, billing, email, analytics, and support providers.

Liftrr does not sell customer business data.

6. Stripe billing

Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Liftrr should not store full card numbers or payment card details.

7. Tenant privacy

Liftrr is multi-tenant.

Tenant data must be isolated so one customer cannot access another customer's data.

8. Data retention

Default draft policy:

  • raw source records: 24 months unless configured otherwise
  • metric snapshots: retained while tenant is active
  • cancelled tenants: archived for 90 days before deletion/export process, unless legal or contractual obligations require otherwise

Final retention rules must be confirmed before launch.

9. Data deletion and export

Customers may request data export or deletion.

Deletion may be limited where data must be retained for legal, billing, security, audit, or dispute purposes.

10. Security

Liftrr should use reasonable security controls, including:

  • tenant isolation
  • role-based access
  • encryption of secrets
  • audit logging
  • secure authentication
  • no card data storage
  • secure sync credential handling

11. Health check and marketing consent

Public business health check users must provide business details before seeing full results.

Marketing consent should be collected separately where required.
