Metric mapping

Raw source items (programs, services, products) need to be classified into Liftrr categories before they count toward dashboard metrics. This is deliberate: Liftrr will not guess.

Mapping inbox

New source items land in the mapping inbox with status unmapped. An operator reviews each item and chooses included (with a Liftrr category) or excluded.

Approving a mapping

A mapping moves through draft → previewed → validated → approved → active. Only approved and active mappings drive dashboard metrics. Pilot readiness requires at least one approved mapping.

Exclusions

Use exclusion config to drop staff, test, and internal records from member-facing metrics. Excluded items remain visible but are not counted.

Mapping versions

Each mapping carries a version. Snapshots record the version active at snapshot time so historical numbers stay stable even after a mapping is revised. The active version is shown alongside dashboard metrics where relevant.
