Known limitations

Liftrr is a focused product. It does some things very well, and explicitly does not do many others. Understanding this matters before pilot launch.

What Liftrr is

  • A revenue and retention dashboard.
  • A way to see what is working and what is leaking across the member pipeline.
  • A source of one prioritised next action per leak.
  • A historical trend layer built on monthly snapshots of your numbers.

What Liftrr is not

  • Liftrr is not a CRM.
  • Liftrr is not a booking system.
  • Liftrr does not process payments for your members.
  • Liftrr does not replace Mindbody, Glofox, GymMaster, Momence, Hapana or Clubworx.
  • Liftrr does not run marketing campaigns or send marketing automation.
  • Liftrr does not run payroll or accounting.
  • Liftrr is not a custom report builder or BI tool.
  • Liftrr does not write data back into your source platform.

Quality depends on inputs

  • Dashboard accuracy depends on a connected integration (or completed CSV import) and on approved metric mappings.
  • Source items that have not been mapped are intentionally excluded from metrics until an operator reviews them.
  • Historical trends rely on snapshots. If snapshots have not been generated for a period, that period will read as missing rather than guess.
  • Period totals can change as new snapshots arrive within the open window. Periods marked closed are immutable.

Boundaries for the "Do this next" action

Liftrr identifies the leak, explains why it matters, shows who is affected where possible, recommends a next action, and measures whether the result improved. Liftrr does not prescribe pricing, discounts, membership structure, ad strategy, or campaign tactics — those decisions belong to the business.
